Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at beforeyousendthetext.com (the “Site”) and the Before You Send the Text private PDF decision kit (the “Kit”), both operated by Soft Sync Solutions LLC(“we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing, downloading, or using the Kit, you agree to these Terms.

1. What the Kit is, and what it is not

The free assessment is a 15-question multiple-choice tool that returns a basic result. The paid Kit is a one-time purchase consisting of (a) a Personalized Bridge Report generated from your assessment answers and (b) a bundle of nine PDF workbooks. The Bridge Report is accessed via a private link, and the PDF bundle is delivered to your email after purchase.

The Kit is not therapy, mental-health treatment, legal advice, or professional counseling. It is not a guarantee of reconciliation with any family member. It does not establish a therapist-client, attorney-client, mediator-client, or any other professional relationship. If you are experiencing a mental-health crisis, an abusive situation, or a family-safety emergency, please contact a qualified professional or local emergency services.

We do not promise reconciliation, restored contact, access to grandchildren, or any specific emotional or relational outcome. We promise only the materials described on the Site.

We do not send messages on your behalf. The Kit is a self-guided resource — anything you decide to send is sent by you, on your own device, in your own words.

If your answers indicate a legal contact restriction (no-contact order, restraining order, or similar), the assessment will not unlock the paid report. We do not provide message templates or workarounds for legally restricted contact.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction to purchase the Kit.

3. License granted to you

On purchase, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to download, print, and use the Kit’s PDFs for your own personal use. You may print as many copies as you reasonably need for your own use.

What you may not do

• Resell, redistribute, share, post, upload, or republish the Kit or any portion of it
• Modify the PDFs and present them as your own work
• Use the Kit or any portion of it to train an artificial-intelligence model
• Use the Kit in any commercial or professional practice without our prior written permission
• Remove copyright, attribution, or watermark notices

All intellectual property in the Site and the Kit is owned by Soft Sync Solutions LLC or its licensors.

4. Pricing, payment, and digital delivery

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and shown at checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your card information. You authorize Stripe to charge the payment method you provide for the amount shown at checkout, plus any applicable taxes.

After your payment is confirmed, the Kit is delivered as PDF attachments to the email address you provided at checkout. Delivery normally arrives within a few minutes. If it does not arrive within one hour, please check your spam folder and then contact us at info@beforeyousendthetext.com.

5. No-refund policy

The Kit is a digital product delivered immediately on purchase. All sales are final and non-refundable.Because we cannot “return” or revoke a downloaded PDF, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations after purchase. By completing checkout you acknowledge that you understand the digital nature of the product and waive any right to a refund.

If you did not receive the email containing the PDFs, contact us at info@beforeyousendthetext.com and we will resend the bundle. Failure to receive the email is not the same as non-delivery; we can almost always resolve this manually.

6. Disclaimers

The Kit and the Site are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, and quiet enjoyment.

We make no representation that the Kit will be appropriate for your specific situation, family dynamic, legal context, or jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for deciding whether and how to apply any of the material in the Kit. Decisions about whether to contact, when to contact, and what to say to a family member are yours alone.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soft Sync Solutions LLC, its members, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, relationships, contact, access, or reconciliation, arising out of or related to your use of the Kit or the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Kit will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Kit in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Soft Sync Solutions LLC and its members, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Kit, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.

9. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Changes to the Terms or the Kit

We may update these Terms or modify the Kit from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted at this URL with a revised “Last updated” date. Material changes will not apply retroactively to purchases made before the change.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State in which Soft Sync Solutions LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Kit will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in that State, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.
